Urquhart Management rent and manage nineteen large self-contained flats for students within a traditional elegant sandstone building on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow's city centre.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that our flats meet all the present safety legislation and that the building is safe, secure, clean and well-maintained.

We have a policy of not having any hidden costs or unexpected additional costs. You simply pay your monthly rent and a refundable deposit (subject to the flat being returned in original condition). THERE ARE NO PAPERWORK FEES OR BOOKING FEES. We also offer HIGH SPEED 24MB BROADBAND as part of the rental payment.
