INTERNET FOR FREE! - Super high-speed wireless broadband access throughout flat. Unlimited download of up to 24MB and up to 1.3MB upload speeds. Access it in your bedroom or your lounge. All you need is a wireless card fitted into your computer.
UTILITY BILLS* - Gas, electricity and TV licence are additional to your rent. Budget for approximately £10 - £12 extra per week. With our joint lease, you only need one TV licence per flat but you can have as many TVs in the flat as you want.
