SECURITY
The main entrance to the building is on Sauchiehall Street which means no quiet streets to walk along while getting home at night.

The building is extremely secure.

The front door has a magnetic lock that cannot be kicked in.

We also have a suited locking system. The tenant receives one key which opens each landing door, their specific front door and their specific bedroom door.

CCTV monitors the entrance to the building, the stairs and the fire doors. The fire doors are alarmed.

We have student wardens on-site who ensure the building is secure.

EMERGENCIES
The student wardens who live on site are the first port of call in an emergency. We also provide tenants with other back up telephone numbers.

MAINTENANCE and CLEANLINESS
Our office is located within the building and staff liaise with our Handyman regarding any maintenance issues that arise. The communal areas of the building are also cleaned on a weekly basis.
